Cancellation by you
To cancel, email info@travellink.com.pk. The cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it. The following charges apply to the total tour price:
- [30] days or more before departure — loss of deposit only.
- [15–29] days before departure — [50]% of the total price.
- [7–14] days before departure — [75]% of the total price.
- Fewer than [7] days before departure, or no-show — [100]% of the total price.
Some hotels, airlines and permit fees are non-refundable once booked. Where a supplier has already charged us a non-refundable amount, that amount is deducted in addition to the charges above.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a confirmed tour for a reason within our control, you may choose a full refund of what you have paid us, or a credit toward another trip. We are not able to refund money paid by you to third parties, such as flights booked separately.
Weather, road closures and events beyond control
If a tour cannot proceed, or must be cut short, because of weather, landslides, road or pass closures, security situations or other events beyond our reasonable control, we will refund the recoverable cost of services not yet used, after deducting any amounts suppliers do not return to us. Non-recoverable costs cannot be refunded. This is why we recommend travel insurance.
Rent a car cancellations
- More than [48] hours before pickup — full refund of any advance.
- [24–48] hours before pickup — [one day]’s hire charge.
- Less than [24] hours before pickup, or no-show — [__]% of the booking.
- The security deposit is refunded in full once the vehicle is returned undamaged with fuel and tolls settled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid by the original method where possible, or by bank transfer, within [14] working days of us agreeing the amount. Bank or transfer charges may be deducted.
