TravelLink 360 (“we”, “us”) operates travellink.com.pk and provides tour and rent a car services from our office at House No. 514, North Service Road, I-14/3, Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
- Enquiry and booking details — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travellers and the notes you send us through our contact form, by phone or by email.
- Travel documents — where a tour, permit or hotel requires it, identity or passport details, and for restricted northern areas the information government authorities require from us.
- Payment information — records of amounts paid and the method used. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Website usage data — pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and quotation.
- To make bookings on your behalf with hotels, guest houses, transport providers and guides.
- To obtain permits and meet the registration requirements of authorities in restricted or border areas.
- To contact you before and during your trip about arrangements, road conditions and safety.
- To keep accounting records as required by Pakistani law.
- To send you offers and travel updates, only where you have asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with: hotels and guest houses holding your reservation; transport providers, drivers and guides assigned to your trip; government departments where a permit or area registration requires it; and payment processors and our accountants. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not pass your contact details to other travel companies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for [12 months]. Booking and payment records are kept for [the period required by Pakistani tax and accounting law]. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not legally required to keep it.
Your choices
