These terms apply when you book a tour, transport or vehicle with TravelLink 360, House No. 514, North Service Road, I-14/3, Islamabad, Pakistan. By paying a deposit you accept them on behalf of everyone in your booking.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only when we have received your deposit of [__]% and sent you written confirmation.
- The balance is due [__] days before departure. We may treat a late balance as a cancellation.
- Quoted prices are per person in [PKR] and assume the group size stated in your quotation. If the group size changes, the price may change.
- Prices may be revised before confirmation if fuel prices, hotel rates, permit fees or taxes change materially.
What is included
Your written itinerary is the definitive statement of what is included. Anything not listed there is not included. See the inclusions and exclusions summary on our tour packages page.
Changes to your itinerary
Travel in the northern areas depends on weather, road conditions and the decisions of local authorities. Passes such as Babusar and Khunjerab, and routes to Fairy Meadows, Deosai and Mahodand, can close with little notice. Where this happens we will offer the nearest reasonable alternative. We are not liable for the cost of flights, connections or accommodation booked separately by you that are affected by such changes.
We may substitute hotels of a similar standard where a property is unavailable, and may change the order of an itinerary for safety or practical reasons.
Cancellation
Cancellations by you or by us are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Carry valid identity documents, and for foreign nationals a valid visa and any No Objection Certificate required for restricted areas.
- Tell us before booking about any medical condition relevant to altitude, long road journeys or trekking.
- Follow the reasonable instructions of your driver and guide on safety matters. We may end the trip of anyone whose behaviour endangers others, without refund.
- Respect local customs and obtain permission before photographing people, particularly in the Kalash valleys and rural areas.
Rent a car
- Self-drive hire requires a valid driving licence, [CNIC or passport] and a refundable security deposit of [PKR __].
- The vehicle is handed over with [a full tank] and must be returned in the same condition. Fuel, tolls and traffic fines during the hire period are yours.
- You are responsible for damage, loss or theft during the hire period up to [PKR __], except where our insurance covers it.
- Taking a vehicle onto unpaved or high-altitude routes requires our written agreement, and only in a vehicle rated for it.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend cover for medical treatment, emergency evacuation from remote areas, trip cancellation and baggage. For trekking above [3,000] metres, check that your policy covers it.
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting the hotels, drivers and guides we work with, and we are responsible for arranging your trip as described. We are not liable for loss or injury caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, road closures, flight delays, strikes, civil disturbance or the acts of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Complaints
Tell your guide or our office at once if something is wrong, so we can try to fix it during your trip. If it is not resolved, write to info@travellink.com.pk within [30 days] of returning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts at Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
