Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Islamabad to Kumrat
Drive from Islamabad via Dir and Thal into the Kumrat Valley. Enjoy the Panjkora river and dense pine forests, and camp or check in near the valley.
Day 2 — Kumrat Forests & Waterfalls
Explore the famous deodar forests, the Kumrat waterfall and the riverside meadows. Enjoy a relaxed day amid some of Pakistan’s most pristine scenery.
Day 3 — Katora Lake Trek
Take a jeep ride followed by a hike to the stunning Katora Lake, a bowl-shaped alpine lake surrounded by peaks. Return to the valley by evening.
Day 4 — Return to Islamabad
